Yellowstone Narcotics has combined two unique subjects that are underutilized and often misunderstood. Graduates of this class will better understand what these subjects are as well as how to complete these tasks legally and effectively. Our Asset Forfeiture and Evidence Destruction course will bring both organization and additional funding to your agency.
Evidence destruction and asset forfeiture can be intimidating subjects simply because officers placed with these responsibilities have rarely received formal training or education. Take the guesswork out of the equation as we will break these topics down into easy lesson plans and straight forward classroom material. Students will learn the proper and legal ways to obtain evidence destruction orders and what to do with old evidence currently filling your evidence vaults. Yellowstone Narcotics also teaches the three common ways to legally seize property involved with criminal activity and how to utilize this property to benefit your agencies.
